What happens if my event is canceled?

When events are officially cancelled, automatic refunds are issued and an email confirmation is sent your way.

If there are alternate dates available, the e-mail will provide instructions on how to move your existing tickets to the alternate date event.

OR

You can use the refund to purchase tickets to a different event.
