Where can I find the seat chart for this venue/event?

While on PremiumEnt.com, click on Venues Tab

Once in the venue tab, select the venue you are attending and right click on the Seating Chart link 

For example:  Big Opera House (seating chart)

And this will take you to the seating chart for that particular venue (see example below):
